Dubai Singers is a welcoming, international community choir, bringing people together through ambitious choral music for more than 50 years.

We work on ambitious choral repertoire in a friendly, focused environment. Our singers bring different backgrounds and experiences, but share the same commitment to learning, performing and supporting one another.

Our Musical Director

Howard Wong

Howard Wong is an award-winning baritone, choral and orchestral conductor, and educator. A scholarship took him to the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he graduated with Distinction, and his performing career has included appearances at the Royal Opera House, Royal Albert Hall and Wigmore Hall.

His conducting experience spans Chelsea Opera Group, the National Symphony Orchestra of the UAE and the Middle East Orchestra, with projects including performances with Andrea Bocelli. With Dubai Singers, Howard has led landmark repertoire including Brahms’s Ein Deutsches Requiem and Orff’s Carmina Burana, bringing musical ambition, breadth and an inclusive spirit to the choir.
